Returns Shipping & Insurance Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days after we receive confirmation that your credit card or PayPal payment has cleared. Orders are shipped by U.S. Post Office Priority Mail. Jewelry items are insured for their purchase price, minus tax and shipping cost. There is no insurance on books or Hadar's Clay™. Shipping and insurance (if applicable) will be charged according to current U.S. Post Office rates for Priority Mail, International Priority Mail, and insurance. Shipping For all orders the shipping cost is now calculated automatically. When you place your order, please choose one of the following options: USPS Priority Mail, Flat Rate Envelope (books only, up to 2) – choose this option if you are ordering 1-2 books. USPS Priority Mail, Small Box (jars of clay powder only, up to 8) – choose this option if you are ordering up to 8 jars of clay powder. USPS Priority Mail, Medium Box (books and clay powder, 20 lb max) – choose this option if you are ordering more than 2 books or a combination of books and clay powder. If we are unable to ship your order using the option you have chosen (e.g., if you have selected an envelope or box that is too small for the amount of merchandise you have ordered, or if your credit/debit card or PayPal charge is declined), we will send you an email requesting that you initiate a separate payment transaction to cover these charges, and your order will normally ship within 3 business days after the additional payment has been confirmed. It may be possible to accommodate expedited shipping methods, at the Customer’s request and expense. For customers in California, California sales tax will be calculated and added to the price of your order when it is placed. Returns Please feel free to return any books or jewelry purchased on Hadar's Online Store or received as a gift. (Sorry, metal clay products cannot be returned.) Items must be returned within 30 days from the day of shipment in the same condition that they were shipped to you. Items that were damaged after being shipped to you will not be accepted. Items shipped outside of the U.S. or Canada are not returnable. To make a return, please e-mail hadar@pacbell.net. After approval of the return, please ship the item back. You are responsible for any damage to the item in return transit, so it is recommended to send it insured. Once the item is received in its original condition, your credit card or PayPal account will be credited with the price of the item, including any California sales tax charged. Our shipping and insurance costs will not be credited back to your account. |
