Shipping & Insurance

Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days after confirmed credit card clearance. Orders are shipped by U.S. Post Office Insured Priority Mail. Items are insured for their purchase price, minus tax and shipping cost. Shipping and insurance will be charged according to current U.S. Post Office rates for priority mail + insurance. These charges will be added to the price of your order when it is processed. Expedited shipping methods can be accommodated at the Customer’s request and expense.

For customers in California, California sales tax will be added to the price of your order when it is processed.

Returns

Please feel free to return any item purchased on Textures Online Store or received as a gift. Items should be returned within 30 days from the day of shipment in the same condition that they were shipped to you. Items that were damaged after being shipped to you will not be accepted. Items shipped outside of the US or Canada are not returnable.

To make a return, please e-mail hadar@pacbell.net. After approval of the return, please ship the item back. You are responsible for any damage to the item in return transit, so it is recommended to send it insured. Once the item is received in its original condition, your credit card will be credited with the price of the item, including any California sales tax charged. Our shipping and insurance costs will not be credited back to your account.
