Twice-fired Inlay (intermediate)

This project is recommended after the two previous inlay projects. Since it involves three metals which do not fire at the same temperature it will have to be fired twice. You will also learn how to prepare a surface for inly by using overlays.

The class will be split in three sessions. In the first you will make the first inlay (Brilliant Bronze) and in the second you will inlay White Bronze. In the third session you will practice the finishing process and learn how to create contrast between the metals with patina.
